The town of Prosper, Texas, launched the myProsper mobile application, aiming to streamline service requests and enhance civic engagement. Available for iOS and Android devices, this digital platform offers residents a convenient way to anonymously report various concerns, from road and sidewalk issues to code violations and non-emergency public safety concerns.

The myProsper app simplifies the process of submitting service requests, providing residents easy access through smartphones or desktop computers. Designed with user-friendliness in mind, the platform ensures accessibility for all community members, promoting active participation in maintaining the town's quality of life.

“The platform is user-friendly, and town staff will ensure your request is sent to the correct town department,” the official website reads. Residents can submit concerns without prior registration, but creating an account allows them to track the status of their requests in real-time.

For those preferring desktop access, the myProsper website provides a convenient alternative. Additionally, iPhone and Android users can download the free myProsper app from the App Store and Google Play Store, respectively, to access the platform on their mobile devices.

Residents are encouraged to visit the official website for more information and direct links to download the myProsper app.
