Q. I have forgotten my password and submitted my email address but have not received an email.
A. If not in your Inbox, please look for an email from Local Profile ([email protected]) in your junk/ spam folder. If the email, is in your junk/ spam folders, you can prevent this from happening again by adding [email protected] to your spam filter's whitelist and requesting a password reset again.
Q. I no longer have access to the email address I first used when I registered with Local Profile.
A. You must create a new account with your current email address.
Q. I have created a new account, but I still have credits with my old account.
A. If you had prior credits on your account, please email your old and new account names to [email protected] and we will move your credits within 24 hours.
Q. I have entered my information and still can't access my account.
A. Confirm that you are entering your email address and not your "nickname" in the first entry box. If you still can't log in, email [email protected] and explain the situation.
