Famed chef Stephan Pyles, a name synonymous with Southwestern cuisine, is teaming up with Texas winemaking legend Kim McPherson for a one-night-only wine dinner on July 26 at The Seeker in Stephenville.
Held inside the intimate cork room, this elegant five-course experience promises a night of bold, regional flavors elevated by expert wine pairings.
What To Expect
Guests will feast on standout dishes like vanilla-scented sea scallop with mascarpone-polenta cake and Fredericksburg peaches, complemented by a crisp 2024 Albarino and black pepper-cured smoked duck breast served with a sweet potato pancake and summer truffle sauce, paired with McPherson’s 2024 Tre Colore. The evening ends on a sweet note with a frozen macadamia nut bombe and ginger crème anglaise.
Following the dinner, attendees can purchase signed cookbooks and select wines to take home.
