Les Dames d'Escoffier Dallas, a distinguished organization of women leaders in the food, fine beverage and hospitality sectors, is hosting its annual “Hoot n Holler” fundraising event on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024, at Tate Farms in Rockwall, Texas.
The event, which begins with VIP admission at 5 p.m. and general admission at 6 p.m., aims to honor Texas's top women chefs while raising funds to support scholarships and community programs that advance women’s roles in the culinary arts.
Since its founding in 1985, the Dallas chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier has raised more than $1.5 million to fund endowments, scholarships, grants and local nonprofits. This year’s festival continues that legacy, offering a night filled with gourmet dishes, fine wines and spirits curated by leading women in the industry. Attendees will also enjoy live music from local bands, network with culinary professionals and celebrate the achievements of women in the food and drink world.
“We are thrilled to bring back our big fundraiser with a Texas twist,” said Heather Kurima, co-chair of the event, in an official statement. “The event will showcase top female talent from Texas in food and beverage and help us continue to support women in the hospitality industry.”
General admission tickets are $85, while VIP tickets, which include early access, exclusive tastings and a special gift, are $125 and can be purchased here. A shuttle service from Dallas to Rockwall is available for an additional fee, and local hotels will offer special rates for ticket holders.
