“The HALL Arts Hotel is the first hotel to open in the Dallas Arts District, one of our city’s greatest treasures, and I cannot think of a better location to be opening a boutique hotel of this caliber, surrounded by Pritzker Prize-winning architecture and celebrated arts venues,” said Craig Hall, HALL Arts Hotel developer and founder and chairman of HALL Group, in a press release. “We have had an exceptional team working on this project, and I look forward to welcoming guests and the Dallas community to experience all that the neighborhood and hotel have to offer this December.”

The HALL Arts Hotel was designed by HKS Architects with interiors by Bentel & Bentel. The hotel offers 183 contemporary guest rooms, 19 Dallas Arts District-inspired suites, a rooftop pool, a show-stopping contemporary art collection and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The rooms are designed with artful taste, neutral hues and floor-to-ceiling windows. In each room, guests will find Frette linens, as well as Natura Bissé products in the bathroom.

The walls and the guest rooms are bedecked with photographs by local photographers, all featuring scenes of the Dallas Arts District. All of these photographs have been published in a coffee table book, which is available for purchase at the hotel.
