This exclusive wine dinner promises a night of exquisite flavors inspired by Tuscany, with a menu designed to showcase the premium olive oil and fine wines of Villa Splendida.
The evening’s menu will include:
- Antipasto: Hamachi crudo with green apples, hot chilies, Villa Splendida olive oil and citrus, paired with 2023 Villa Splendida Vermentino, Toscana IGT.
- Farinaceo: Organic mushroom carbonara tortellini with cacio e pepe and shaved truffles, accompanied by 2022 Villa Splendida Sangiovese, Toscana IGT.
- Carne del Giorno: 55-day aged Snake River wagyu strip with tallow potatoes, asparagus, Villa Splendida Olive Oil and prezzemolate, paired with 2022 Villa Splendida Super Tuscan, Toscana IGT.
- Dolce: Villa Splendida olive oil cake with olive oil gelato and caramelized apples.
The dinner is priced at $95 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $45. Reservations are necessary and can be made through Davio’s website.
