Gloria’s Latin Cuisine will be opening a new location in Plano, Texas, on the southwest corner of Preston Road and State Highway 121. The new Plano location will be Gloria’s fourth stand-alone restaurant, and upon completion of construction, will replace the current Frisco location on Gaylord Parkway.

“We’re excited to bring a modern dining experience to our guests in the Plano and Frisco areas," said owner Gloria Fuentes. “We look forward to debuting our restaurant design that has unexpected use of art forms and color making the space feel serene and welcoming. We can’t wait to share this new experience with our guests.”

The new location will be 9,200 square feet and have a design that includes a spacious interior with expansive use of natural light, custom ceramics, large-scale tequila display, Salvadoran-inspired art, larger outdoor dining space and an upscale bar. Gloria’s features authentic Salvadoran cuisine combined with a Tex-Mex menu. Gloria’s is known for their signature menu options, including their famous black bean dip and award-winning margaritas — and who doesn't love a great margarita?

The Frisco location will remain open for regular business hours while the new Plano location is under construction. Gloria’s in Plano is tentatively scheduled to open in 2025.
