Celebrate Valentine's Day With A Unique Omakase Experience

Kessaku, the cocktail and sake lounge located on the 50th floor of The National, invites guests to continue their Valentine’s Day celebrations with a special omakase dinner.

Cost: $250 per person

From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., guests will indulge in a 9-12 course menu crafted by new sushi chef Jon Griffiths. While guests will have to wait to see the final menu upon arrival, Kessaku has provided an example of what guests can expect.

The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail, after which guests are invited to explore an inventive menu which could include dishes such as scallop sashimi, oysters with ponzu sauce, flounder tiradito, a 4-piece nigiri selection, otsumami, tableside temaki, black truffle miso soup and more.

According to the chef, the evening will end with dessert and a dessert cocktail. Additionally, sake will be paired with each course and guests will enjoy a short sake 101 during their meal.
