Frisco is about to get a whole lot cuter, and a little more wiggly, with the arrival of a café experience unlike anything else in Texas. CuppaPug, the wildly popular London-based concept, is making its Lone Star State debut with a new location at 8100 Stonebrook Parkway.
At its core, CuppaPug is a cozy, playful café where visitors can enjoy their favorite drinks and bites while surrounded by a rotating cast of pugs. Think of it as part coffee shop, part cuddle therapy and part rescue mission, all wrapped up in an adorably squishy package.
The premise is simple: sip on a latte, settle in with a pack of friendly, snorty, wide-eyed pugs, and maybe even fall in love with one enough to take them home. As of publishing, CuppaPug has not announced an opening date.
Pug Life, Texas Edition
According to CuppaPug’s website, visitors can expect a cozy, colorful café filled with resident pugs, plus a rotating cast of local rescue pups looking for forever homes.
Thanks to a partnership with DFW Pug Rescue, the café will feature visiting pugs donning pink bandanas to indicate they’re up for adoption — turning your afternoon coffee break into a potential meet-cute of the four-legged variety.
Coffee, Cuddles And Cuteness
Tickets cost $40 for adults and $30 for kids under 16, and include access to all the puggy playtime your heart can handle. You’ll also find pug-themed cocktails, coffee, energy drinks and sweet and savory snacks.
If that’s not enough, you can even order a pupuccino or other pug-friendly treats to spoil your new wrinkly-faced friends.
Good Vibes And Good Deeds
CuppaPug isn’t just for Instagram, it’s about giving back. A dollar from every ticket sold goes to support local pug charities, helping rescue, rehome and rehabilitate pugs in need.
So if you’ve ever wanted to sip a coffee while being surrounded by a sea of snorting, snuggling pugs — or you’re just ready for some four-legged therapy — CuppaPug Frisco is ready to deliver.
