The semi-private jet service Aero recently partnered with Highland Park’s Sadelle’s for a curated menu of in-flight fare showcasing the restaurant's collection of timeless classics, including the highly sought-after “best bagels in America.”
Aero launched flights from Dallas in April 2023 with service up to four times a week to Aspen and Los Cabos. Aero guests can now enjoy a menu of fresh pastries, salads, sandwiches and snacks while en route to their destination.
“Our goal is to bring the joy back to traveling for our Aero guests, and a big part of that is through intentional partnerships with premium culinary brands for guests to have delicious options to enjoy in flight,” said Aaron Schriever, who runs Aero’s culinary program. “We’re excited to have partnered with Major Food Group to bring a selection of their most popular Sadelle’s items onto our Dallas flights.”
Aero’s new in-flight menu provides breakfast, lunch and all-day dining items as well as specialty kid’s and dessert menus, all prepared fresh on the day of takeoff. Highlights from the menu include a House Salmon on a New York Style Bagel with Sadelle’s house-cured salmon and whipped cream cheese, served with English cucumber, capers, tomato and dill; a Waldorf Salad with poached chicken breast, mixed lettuces, celery, raisins, Granny Smith apples and Russian dressing and a Marbled Brownie with chocolate and whipped cream cheese.
The new menu pairs well with Aero's curated beverage program on board. Aero flights feature craft sodas, coffee and juices, as well as a selection of premium teas in partnership with Rishi. A collection of wine, beer, cocktails and zero-proof beverages that celebrate the local businesses of Aero’s destinations are available complimentary during each flight.
Flights with Aero can be purchased by the seat through the website, with tickets starting from $975/per person, one-way. Private charters are also available, with prices dependent on the destination. For more information, please visit aero.com.
