Running from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, aperitivo hour at Carbone VINO promises an immersive experience in the restaurant's cozy trattoria ambiance. Guests can choose from a curated menu featuring libations like the rosé spritz, spritz americano, calabrian margarita, and caffe vino, all designed to complement Italy's culinary heritage.
Accompanying the drinks is an array of artisanal antipasti, including spicy anhattan mussels, tuna crudo, Mario’s mozzarella sticks, chicken parm sliders, and Vino garlic knots.
Focusing on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, Carbone VINO provides a four-season space with an enclosed climate-controlled patio, ensuring comfort for patrons year-round.
