Uptown Dallas will be welcoming at new East meets West steakhouse this Spring. Nuri Steakhouse will be open for dinner and drinks and feature steakhouse fare with a menu crafted by Michelin Guide acknowledged Korean Chef, Minji Kim.

Kim has taken the approach of creating the menu by allowing guests to give feedback and contribute to the menu at their test kitchen that currently operates as a full-service restaurant JOA , formerly Nuri Grill in Dallas’ Koreatown.

Senior VP of Operations, Jim Oboyski says, “Nuri Steakhouse is going to be unlike anything we currently have in Dallas. The menu our chefs are creating offers elevated cuisine drawing inspiration from the life of owner and creator Wan Kim - from Korea, to New Orleans and Dallas.”

The steakhouse design features an inviting main dining room and lounge area along with a large curved bar with an impressive wine cellar encasing the space.  Boasting 9500 square feet, indoor seating for 150 in the bar and dining and outdoor seating for 50 is planned. The private dining room is available for private events, business meetings or those wanting to experience the steakhouse in a more intimate setting.

Nuri Steakhouse is located in Uptown at 2401 Cedar Springs Rd, Suite 120, Dallas, TX 75201 in Spring 2024.
