This week, Salata Salad Kitchen announced its plans to open a second Frisco location sometime in January 2024.
Originally established in Houston, Salata is a restaurant chain that offers built-to-order salads and wraps, along with soups, teas, lemonades and more.
The restaurant is renowned for its customization, giving customers the ability to pick and choose from over 50 healthy food ingredients — including fruits, vegetables and proteins prepared in-house daily, among others — to craft the perfect meal for each guest’s respective lifestyle.
The new Salata location — which is set to open at 4880 Eldorado Parkway Suite 600 Frisco TX, 75033 — will be operated by Michael Mina, Salata’s first-ever Dallas franchisee. The Frisco restaurant marks Mina's fifth venture with the brand, who will bring his wealth of experience and passion for providing top-quality dining experiences to the area.

Once open, the new North Texas location will utilize the same innovative approaches to customer experience that the Salata brand is known for.
Along with a fresh, modern design that reflects the clean and inviting ambience associated with Salata's meal offerings, the Frisco restaurant will also include a separate online order station — which offers a quick and easy pickup option for guests on the go — as well as an expanded menu that features more products, dressings, etc.
Salata Salad Kitchen began franchising in 2006, and has since expanded to over 90 locations throughout Texas, Georgia, Southern California, Louisiana, and North Carolina.
