Sneak Preview: Fancy Food Of 2024 Côtes du Coeur

The 2024 Côtes du Coeur will be held on April 27, 2024

It's that time of year again! Time to get ready for Côtes du Coeur, one of the largest fine wine auctions in the Southwest. The American Heart Association gala features delicious courses prepared by famed chefs and paired with exceptional wines.

Local Profile recently attended the reveal reception, which provided a look at what food will grace attendees’ plates. Everything looked divine! Guests enjoyed reds and whites from Palmaz Vineyards.

This year's event will feature courses from Chef Richard Chamberlain, who is once again leading the gala's culinary program. He is joined by Chef Dan Landsberg of The Texas Barn at Circle T Ranch, Chef Kent Rathbun of Lover's Seafood, Chef Eric Dreyer of Monarch Restaurants Dallas, Chef Gerard Thompson of Rough Creek Lodge, Chef Janice Provost of Parigi, Chef Luciano Salvadore of Calabrese Restaurant and Chef John Tesar of Knife. Plus, there will be fantastic wines and experiences donated to the auction.

Now in its 33rd year, Côtes du Coeur is attended by almost 1,000 guests and reaches almost $50 million in mission investments.
