With the next solar eclipse set to occur throughout the state of Texas on April 8, JW Marriott in the Dallas Arts District is offering a special deal for visitors looking to take in the natural phenomenon.

Referred to as the “Discover Dallas for the Eclipse Package,” the hotel’s latest promotion provides guests with $50 of daily breakfast credit, as well as a later checkout time of 3 p.m.

The late departure time is perfect for prospective eclipse watchers as the solar event is slated to take place in Dallas between 12:23 p.m. and 1:44 p.m., according to a release.

For the solar eclipse, JW Marriott is offering up its 11th-floor terrace, which provides guests with a prime viewing location for the once-in-a-lifetime experience, along with wrap-around sights of downtown Dallas.

The terrace also houses Vincent’s Sky Bar, a rooftop lounge that offers a wide range of delicious bites and refreshing cocktails, making for an enhanced eclipse-viewing experience.

JW Marriott said that it has additional events planned for the upcoming eclipse, which it will be introducing in the near future.
