Mexican Bar Company will offer an exclusive cocktail, the Balcones Smash in honor of Texas Independence Day. For $17.50, the cocktail features Texas’ own Balcones Baby Blue whisky, fresh lemon juice, peaches and mint-infused agave, topped off with ginger beer and garnished with a hibiscus salt rim.

Knife Plano

This Texas Independence Day, Knife Dallas will offer a special cocktail showcasing a Texas and women-owned brand, Milam & Greene Whiskey. For $20, guests can enjoy the Milam & Greene black manhattan featuring Averna Amaro, Angostura bitters, orange bitters and brandy cherry.  Guests can also enjoy a variety of beer from the local Dallas brewery, Community Brewing Co.

On Saturday, March 2nd, the one-of-a-kind live entertainment experience will feature a specialty tequila cocktail, the Coyote Water. The special cocktail is made with aguasol blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, liquid alchemist mango syrup, sweet and sour, a splash of orange juice and topped with a tasty tajin or Yellowbird habanero rim. The drink will be available for $37.95 with a souvenir tub that guests can keep.
