As North Texas continues to boom, the city of Anna is quickly making a name for itself as a rising residential destination in a highly sought-after region. The latest sign of that momentum: more housing.
With 142 single-family homes and townhomes, The Reserve at Arden Park introduces a new rental option that caters to the evolving needs of today’s residents.
Investing in the Future of Anna
The grand opening of Arden Park drew local real estate professionals, investment partners and city leaders, including members of the Anna Chamber of Commerce, who joined the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“This isn't just another housing development — it’s a community designed to meet the expectations of today’s renters,” Bridge Tower Director of Property Operations West Rathbun said in an official statement. “We’ve created a place where people can thrive — where elevated design, comfort and convenience come together.”

As Bridge Tower adds to its expanding portfolio, developments like Arden Park reflect broader shifts in the housing market, where more families, young professionals and relocating homeowners are seeking high-quality communities that don’t compromise on space or amenities.
A Growing City, A Growing Need
Anna’s population surged by 14.6% in just one year, according to recent data. That kind of growth brings new opportunities, but also new challenges. While some nearby cities like Princeton have paused development to let infrastructure catch up, Anna is pushing forward with key improvements to support its future.
The city recently activated the Hurricane Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, a major infrastructure project that replaces a temporary system with one capable of treating two million gallons per day, five times the previous capacity. Long-term plans will expand that to 16 million gallons per day, ensuring the city can manage its growth sustainably.
And for the city of Anna, it’s one more step toward becoming one of North Texas’ most livable, connected and forward-thinking communities.
“Anna is growing quickly, and with that growth comes a need for housing options that deliver both quality and flexibility,” said Rathbun. “We’re excited to help meet that need and invest in a city that continues to show so much promise.”
