Avenida Partners, the developer behind Avenida Carrollton, started pre-leasing and private tours through Carrollton’s new luxury active senior community.
The area’s first-of-its-kind gated community features all the luxuries of a single-family home in addition to 24-hour access to a resort-like amenity package as part of the 13,000-square-foot clubhouse and over an acre of landscaped courtyards and pocket parks scattered throughout the community.
Avenida Partners specializes in the development of senior communities tailored to a new generation of active adults. In addition to reflecting the unique architecture of the surrounding neighborhoods, residents can enjoy daily life-enriching programs including fitness and wellness classes, educational opportunities and a social calendar.

Avenida Carrollton will include a community garden that will in turn sustain garden-to-table dining, fireplaces next to a poolside under the stars and for competitive types, a pickleball court to enjoy with friends. Additionally, residents will be able to use a creative arts studio, a spa and salon, a saltwater pool, a wellness studio with yoga and dance classes, and a meditation lawn for outdoor fitness and more.
The community will be managed by Greystar, a real estate company that ranked number one in the top 50 U.S. apartment managers according to the 2021 National Multifamily Housing Council.
The new community is located at 1875 Arbor Creek Drive in the Castle Hills neighborhood with access to nearby shopping such as Sprouts Farmers Market, and medical offices including Carrollton Regional Medical Center.
Those interested can visit the leasing center where they’ll find villa models to tour every day. The community will offer 155 boutique one/two-bedroom apartment homes as well as 48 duplex and triplex villas that offer private garage entries and yards.
