On Monday, May 20, Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill at LakeSide Market on Preston Road and Spring Creek Parkway will host an exclusive wine dinner featuring selections from the Gérard Bertrand Winery. The event, held at the popular seafood restaurant in Plano, Texas, promises a unique culinary experience, beginning with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. and dinner served at 7 p.m.

Chef Ryan Oruch crafted a five-course menu designed to highlight the nuanced flavors of Gérard Bertrand wines.

The meticulously planned menu begins with fried oyster nachos paired with Picpoul de Pinet, followed by jumbo lump crab served with Domaine de l’Aigle chardonnay. The third course features tuna au poivre accompanied by Château L’Hospitalet Rouge and the main course, herb-crusted lamb chops, is paired with Cigalus Rouge. The evening concludes with a fig clafoutis complemented by an orange-gold spritzer.

Cal Chavez, a representative from the winery, will attend the event to discuss the wines and then offer them at retail prices after the dinner.

Gérard Bertrand Winery, a family-owned estate renowned for its dedication to sustainable development and wine excellence, will complement Sea Breeze's reputation for offering the freshest seafood.

The dinner is $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations are mandatory, as seating is limited.
