Witness magical lightings of the Menorah and join memorable events to celebrate Hanukkah/Chanukah this holiday season. 

Plano Menorah Lighting

When: Dec. 7 | 5:30 PM
Where: 6121 W Park Blvd, Plano
Cost: Free

Celebrate at The District at Willow Bend for a joyous Menorah Lighting event presented by the Chabad of Plano/Collin County. Experience the uplifting moment as the Menorah is lit, symbolizing hope and unity, and hear special remarks from City Leaders. After the Menorah Lighting, delight in a live concert by IDF Officer Rav Pdaya, and receive Chanukah Light-up necklaces to add to the festive spirit!

Enjoy delicious latkes, donuts and chocolate coins. Engage in Chanukah Celebration activities and participate in a fun interactive art activity on a Chanukah graffiti canvas.

Dallas Galleria Menorah Lighting

When: Dec. 7 | 6 p.m.
Where: Dallas Galleria Near Tiffany & Co.
Cost: Free

During the menorah kickoff ceremony, Temple Shalom Dallas’ Rabbi Andrew Paley is slated to deliver remarks to everyone in attendance, before lighting the first candle. Following the lighting, Kol Shalom — Temple Shalom’s youth choir — will put on a live music performance for the masses.

Attendees with a sweet tooth should come prepared as well, as donut shop Jarams will be serving Sufganiyah (traditional Hanukkah jelly donut) during the ceremonial event.

Chanukah at Klyde Warren Park

When: Dec. 10 | 5 - 7 p.m.
Where: 2012 Woodall Rodgers Freeway, Dallas 
Cost: Free

The Intown Chabad Community is hosting the Festival of Lights at Klyde Warren Park. Join hundreds for a musical Menorah lighting, gelt drop and Chanukah celebration. Treats and fun will be available for the whole family.

Menorah Lighting at Cityline

When: Dec. 10 | 5 p.m.
Where: 250 State St., Richardson
Cost: Free 

The lighting of candles on the 9-foot menorah will commence at sunset, accompanied by a chocolate coin descent from a ladder truck provided by the Richardson Fire Department. Attendees are invited to partake in Hanukkah-themed crafts and indulge in refreshments. Richardson Mayor Bob Dubey will be in attendance at this event, presented by the Chabad of Richardson and the University of Texas at Dallas.

Menorah Lighting at Watters Creek

When: Dec. 11 | 5 p.m. 
Where: 970 Garden Park Dr, Allen
Cost: Free 

Celebrate the fifth annual Chanukah celebration hosted by Chabad of Allen & McKinney. Commencing at 5 p.m., the festivities will kick off with arts and crafts, classic Chanukah delicacies, vibrant music and a spectacular Menorah Lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m.

In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the Menorah Lighting will be moved indoors to the designated holiday events venue at 945 Garden Park Drive. This site is situated across the bridge from Village Burger Bar, adjacent to Chocolate Moonshine.

Hanukkah Lights on the Farm

When: Dec. 12 | 5 - 6:30 p.m.
Where: 1900 West 15th Street, Plano
Cost: $3 per child, $7 per adult 

Families from the Jewish community in are invited to join the festivities at Hanukkah  Lights on the Farm, a unique event taking place at the Heritage Farmstead Museum on the sixth night of Hanukkah. The occasion will showcase a Menorah Lighting, accompanied by delectable jelly doughnuts and other kosher treats, engaging Dreidel spinning contests and more enjoyable activities suitable for all ages. Participants in the menorah lighting will have exclusive access to the farm for this special evening.

Chanukah at The Star

When: Dec. 14 | 6 p.m.
Where: 9 Cowboys Way, Frisco 
Cost: Free

Celebrate atthe 10th annual Community Chanukah Celebration, featuring the internationally acclaimed Shefa Band. Hailing from Israel, they will present a spectacular showcase of Jewish culture and tradition. The event will take place at The Star, the vibrant headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys, making it the hottest spot in town for this joyous occasion.
