Steve Fields Steakhouse in Plano is bringing star-spangled flavor to the table with a special four-course holiday menu. From July 3 to July 6, diners can enjoy a curated dinner priced at $54 per person. Reservations are now open.
Located at 4900 West Park Boulevard, the restaurant will serve its full dinner menu alongside the limited-time offering, available exclusively for dine-in guests.
A Menu Made To Celebrate
The four-course meal begins with a choice of jumbo shrimp cocktail served with house-made deviled cocktail sauce or beef crostinis topped with béarnaise.
For the second course, guests can choose between a rich blue crab and corn chowder or Steve’s signature Caesar salad with shaved Parmesan, anchovies and a zesty dressing.
Entrées include:
- Steve’s center-cut filet, seasoned and broiled to order
- Wild Alaskan salmon with lemon dill cream
- Hand-carved slow-roasted prime rib with au jus and horseradish
- Pecan-crusted chicken breast topped with lemon pecan butter
All entrées come with Parmesan mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Guests can further customize their main course with optional add-ons, such as sautéed shrimp and lump crab with béarnaise ($14), Pontchartrain-style seafood topping ($11), jumbo shrimp ($15), 4-ounce lobster tail ($22), or peppercorn crust and sauce ($5).
A Sweet Finish
For dessert, diners may choose from carrot cake, key lime pie or caramel buttercream chocolate cake. Pairs may opt to split a large-format dessert for an additional $6.
The holiday special is not available for to-go orders and does not allow dish splitting. Tax and gratuity are not included in the fixed price.
