With the start of a new NFL season upon us, the Dallas Cowboys unveiled its brand new menu full of exciting food and drink offerings that it will be serving up for fans at AT&T Stadium.

The innovative culinary items were spearheaded by George Wasai, vice president of food and beverage for Legends Hospitality at AT&T Stadium. Wasai promises that Cowboys fans are in for a real treat this season when they come out to support the team.

“Dallas Cowboys game day favorite flavors for fans are here this season in exciting new combinations, along with new and generous shareable items that fans will love with their beloved annual tradition of an excellent experience at AT&T Stadium,” said Wasai.

Among the new concession items offered this season include The Birria Quesadilla (17-inch flour tortilla with slow-cooked beef, creamy pepperjack and Oaxaca cheeses inside), The Lineman Burrito (tortilla filled with Cowboys Mac n Cheese, smoked brisket, jalapeño pepperjack sausage and more), Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Elote (sweet corn topped with crema, cotija cheese and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos), Fritos Brisket Mac n Cheese Balls (brisket and Cowboy’s Mac n Cheese breaded with BBQ Fritos and served with sour cream and green onions), The BLT Dog and more.

“Two of our famous creations – Bent Buckle Brisket and Cowboys Mac n Cheese – come together in super delicious ways like the Fritos Brisket Mac n Cheese, and we continue our innovation with new takes on tradition with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Elote and The BLT Dog.”

In addition, this year's menu is also chalk full of delicious vegetarian dishes, such as the Awesome Plant-Based Burger (plant-based burger served on a fresh brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, grilled onion and chipotle aioli), Buffalo Chick’n Nachos (Blue corn tortilla chips topped with jalapeño jack queso and plant-based chicken tossed in buffalo sauce) and Touchdown Tots (tator tots, plant-based chicken, jalapeño jack cheese, guacamole, sour cream and more).

Fans looking to wet their whistles during gamedays will be happy to hear that the Cowboys have partnered with local Granbury, Texas brewer Revolver to offer some of its craft beers, including the suitably-named "Gridiron" (American Ale) and "Let’s Go Girls" (Watermelon Kolsch).

Visitors needing a pick-me-up can also enjoy either hot, iced or frozen caffeinated beverages courtesy of Black Rifle Coffee Company, a Veteran-founded coffee brand that is making its AT&T Stadium debut.

The new culinary creations made their debut this past weekend in the Cowboys' home opener against the New York Jets.
