Dallas Restaurant José Unveils Agave Room Experience

This exclusive dining space offers an immersive culinary adventure with tequila pairings

José, a popular Mexican restaurant in Dallas, recently unveiled its latest offering, The Agave Room, an exclusive, private dining space designed for up to eight guests. This intimate experience, created by Executive Chef Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman, showcases the rich flavors of Mexico through a multi-course menu paired with rare, small-batch tequilas.

The Agave Room offers a unique opportunity to explore the rich flavors of regional Mexico, with each dish crafted by chef Quiñones-Pittman using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. General Manager Victor Rojas leads the tequila tasting, providing insights into the heritage and craftsmanship behind each agave spirit.

"José has had the incredible opportunity to work with so many agave brands, and we wanted to find an elevated way to showcase the history, passion, and craftsmanship that goes into every bottle,” Rojas said in an official statement.

The Agave Room’s meticulously curated experience starts with an amuse of green chicken enchilada arancini, paired with Fortaleza Tequila Blanco, and concludes with the indulgent churro bread pudding, paired with José Cuervo Reserva La Familia Extra Añejo. Each course offers a dynamic exploration of Mexican cuisine and spirits.
