Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen, the debut concept from the newly formed Alora Hospitality Group (AHG), is now open in Downtown Frisco at 8763 7th Street. The European-inspired restaurant and lounge blends timeless design with modern culinary style, offering shareable plates, sophisticated cocktails and a warm, intimate atmosphere.
AHG was founded in 2024 by Donny Churchman, CEO of Nack Development, and hospitality entrepreneur Jason Young. Their mission: to elevate historic downtowns through curated dining and hospitality experiences. Elaine’s is the first in a growing portfolio that includes the forthcoming 1902 Prosper.
“Elaine’s is the culmination of our vision to create spaces where timeless design and hospitality meet modern culinary expression,” said Young in an official statement. “We’re proud to bring something so refined and experiential to Downtown Frisco — a place where locals and visitors alike can connect, unwind and savor moments that feel both elevated and effortless.”
Refined Plates with a Modern Texas Spirit
The menu at Elaine’s was developed by Amy DiBiase, AHG’s COO and culinary director. A veteran chef with more than 20 years of experience, including high-profile roles in San Diego, DiBiase brings a blend of Italian heritage and classical training to the table.
Standout dishes include the goat cheese-stuffed peppadews, foie gras torchon and a colorful stone fruit panzanella. Spreadables such as the whipped lemon basil goat cheese with strawberries and crispy prosciutto, and the blue cheese mousse with candied walnuts and citrus-pickled fruit, showcase playful balance and presentation. Pressed sandwiches made with sourdough from local Croix Bakehouse round out the offerings.

Cocktails, Crafted with Intention
The drink program at Elaine’s is led by longtime Frisco bartender Chris Norton, who merges culinary inspiration with bar craft. House cocktails include the ashes and agave, a smoky-sweet blend of tequila, mezcal and Aperol, and Elaine’s martini, which comes with a sparkling wine sidecar. A full zero-proof menu offers creative mocktails like the Amalfi spritz and golden hour.
Guests can also explore a rotating wine list, with every bottle available by the glass, ideal for those curious to try something new.
Design That Invites Conversation
Inside, the restaurant evokes the glamour of a 1920s parlour. Designed by Burress Design Group, the space features vintage crystal chandeliers, emerald velvet sofas, marble-topped tables and layered textures and prints. With only 44 seats indoors and a small patio, the scale is intimate but richly styled.
“When you dine at Elaine’s, the design is your first introduction — inviting, layered and full of character,” says Christina Burress, owner and principal designer of Burress Design Group. “But it’s the exceptional food and thoughtfully crafted cocktails that complete the experience, working in harmony with the atmosphere to create something truly memorable.”

A New Gathering Spot for Frisco
Whether for a date night, after-work drinks or a private dinner, Elaine’s offers a destination that feels both sophisticated and neighborly. It’s a refined addition to Downtown Frisco — and a signal that Alora Hospitality Group is just getting started.
