Firebirds Wood Fired Grill recently announced the launch of their new holiday menu. Available at both Plano and Fort Worth locations, the new holiday menu will be available until Jan. 2, 2024.
Start your evening with a Champagne Cosmo, made with Ketel One Citroen Vodka, Cointreau, lime and cranberry juices, champagne foam and topped with cranberry dust. Then move on to a starter of Shaved Brussels Sprouts and Spinach Salad with craisins, toasted pumpkin seeds, Parmesan cheese and a orange-cranberry vinaigrette.
The holiday menu entrees include a NY Strip with Crispy Shrimp with sticky hot honey and a choice between roasted brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes; Grilled Sea Scallops with sundried tomato basil beurre blanc; and a winter grain salad and a Braised Pork Shank with toasted pumpkin seeds, pickled red onions, Parmesan mashed potatoes and charred carrots.
Guest can then end the night with a decadent holiday dessert feature of Chocolate and Peanut Butter Pie, drizzled with warm and gooey chocolate sauce.
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is located at 5400 State Hwy 121, Plano and 2900 Amador Dr, Fort Worth. The restauarnt is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
