Margaret’s at the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District will host its second wine dinner featuring Robert Sinskey Vineyards (RSV) on Wednesday, Sept. 11, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will take place on the 11th floor of the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District at 800 North Harwood Street.
Guests will indulge in a five-course dinner with Robert Sinskey Vineyards wines and receive insights into the vineyard’s wine selection and production processes.
The menu features:
- A shellfish duo appetizer featuring Beau Solil oyster and scallop crudo
- Main courses of lechon, lamb and bison, each prepared with locally sourced ingredients
- A delicate marshmallow dessert with seasonal fruits
According to an official statement, the evening will also showcase RSV’s commitment to sustainability through regenerative farming practices, which have been in place since the early 1990s. RSV’s dedication to improving soil health aligns with Margaret’s own values of environmental stewardship.
