Legacy Hall, Plano’s massive food and entertainment destination, is set to welcome Bondi Bowls this fall. Known for its vibrant smoothie bowls made with organic açaí and other intentional ingredients, the concept also serves ethically sourced coffee, giving guests a wholesome option for breakfast, a mid-day recharge, or a post-workout boost.
From Bondi Beach To Plano
Bondi Bowls was founded in 2020 by Bailey Wilson, who discovered her love for the nutrient-packed bowls while living in Bondi Beach, Australia. When her father was diagnosed with cancer, Wilson returned home to Oklahoma and began making açaí bowls as part of his healing journey. What started as a way to support her family soon turned into a food truck and, within a few years, a growing brand with locations across Oklahoma, California and North Texas.
"Bondi Bowls is so excited to be a part of Legacy Hall,” Wilson said in an official statement. “It’s more than just a food hall; it’s a place where people come to connect with friends and family while experiencing something special. A Perfect Fit For Legacy Hall
Legacy Hall has built its reputation on a diverse mix of flavors and experiences, with more than 20 eateries and five full-service bars under one roof, including restaurants by multiple James Beard-nominated chefs. From global cuisine to local favorites, the European-style food hall also boasts Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co. on its third floor and the Lexus Box Garden, an outdoor entertainment venue that hosts live music and watch parties.
