RECIPE: Homemade Cranberry Vinegar
This type of cranberry vinegar is particularly good on field greens or arugula with little or no olive oil. The sweetness offsets the bitterness of the greens. INGREDIENTS 6 cups red wine vinegar 2 pkgs.
