The city of Frisco has announced that basketball courts at five local parks will undergo resurfacing, starting Monday, Aug. 12, 2024. The maintenance work is expected to temporarily close each court for approximately four days, with the rest of the park facilities remaining open to the public during this period.
According to an official statement by the city of Frisco, the following parks will be affected:
- Limestone Quarry Park: Aug. 12-15
- Stephen’s Green Park: Aug. 12-15
- Foncine Settlement Park: Aug. 16-21 (estimated)
- Vivian Stark McCullum Park: Aug. 16-21 (estimated)
- J.C. Grant Park: Aug. 22-27 (estimated)
“We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you can check out the refinished courts soon and enjoy the improved play!” ends the statement.
