Major League Cricket Tickets Available In Grand Prairie, Texas

Tickets are now available for the 2024 season of Cognizant Major League Cricket (MLC). Matches will take place throughout July at two prestigious locations in the United States: Grand Prairie Stadium in Grand Prairie, Texas, and Church Street Park in Morrisville, North Carolina.

The MLC also unveiled a special deal for cricket enthusiasts, allowing them to purchase one ticket and get another free for the matches between Seattle Orcas and LA Knight Riders on July 9, and Washington Freedom versus San Francisco Unicorns on July 22. Both showdowns kick off at 7:30 p.m. at Grand Prairie Stadium.

"We are incredibly excited to unveil the schedule for the 2024 season," said MLC CEO, Vijay Srinivasan. "This promises to be our most thrilling season yet, with each of the MLC’s six teams actively recruiting in the off-season, adding a host of world-class player signings to their team rosters with more big names to be soon announced.”

Tickets for all matches are available online through the MLC website.

Expanding upon the success of its debut 2023 season, MLC prolonged the tournament in response to popular demand by adding six additional league matches. 

The 2024 season kicks off on July 5 with two matches nationwide. Reigning champions MI New York, led by batter Kieron Pollard, will clash with Seattle Orcas, the 2023 runners-up featuring the star South African duo Wayne Parnell and Quinton de Kock, at Church Street Park in Morrisville.

Simultaneously, the Texas Super Kings, led by Faf du Plessis, will go head-to-head with the LA Knight Riders, led by Sunil Narine, at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Grand Prairie. 

The action-packed opening weekend continues with the Australian-packed Washington Freedom, boasting Steve Smith, Glenn Maxwell, Travis Head and coached by Ricky Ponting, squaring off against MI New York on Saturday, July 6. Meanwhile, the San Francisco Unicorns, strengthened by the explosive New Zealand opener Finn Allen, will host the LA Knight Riders on Sunday night at Grand Prairie Stadium.
