Shaquille O'Neal is bringing back "Shaq’s Bass All Stars Festival" to Panther Island Pavilion in Dallas-Fort Worth on Nov. 16, 2024. Now in its second year, the festival, hosted by Shaq himself, has quickly become the largest bass music event in Texas. This year’s edition promises an even bigger and better experience, with 16 of O'Neal's favorite bass and dubstep acts, all handpicked by the basketball legend.
Performing under his DJ name Diesel, O'Neal curated the festival to reflect his deep passion for bass music. "I’m bringing back my own festival ‘Shaq’s Bass All Stars: Festival,’" O'Neal announced on social media, emphasizing the event's growing significance in the bass music scene. The inaugural festival last year attracted 15,000 fans, a testament to its immediate success.
This year's festival will feature two massive stages, each showcasing an array of performances from top-tier artists such as NGHTMRE, Dimension, Peekaboo and Space Laces. The production, described as "SHAQ-sized," includes immersive sound systems and light shows, ensuring an unforgettable experience for attendees. The festival isn't just about the music; it's a full-blown SHAQ experience, complete with a food truck village offering a selection of O'Neal's favorite local cuisines and a retail village packed with festival essentials.
Tickets go on sale Friday, Aug. 16 at 10 a.m. with multiple tiers available for both general admission and VIP access. Prices for general admission start at $59.99, while VIP tickets begin at $109.99, offering exclusive perks such as express entry, upgraded restroom facilities and access to the SHAQ's VIP Courtyard. Fans who sign up for presale tickets will also be entered for a chance to win backstage passes, adding to the excitement surrounding the event.
