The North Texas dining scene is about to heat up this August as the beloved DFW Restaurant Week returns for its 29th year.
What started as a week-long celebration has evolved into a month-long culinary event, running Aug. 4-31, with a preview weekend kicking off early from July 31 to Aug. 3.
With more than 160 local restaurants expected to participate, the event blends fine dining with philanthropy, benefiting the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) and Lena Pope.
A Month of Dining for a Cause
DFW Restaurant Week invites food lovers across Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton and Rockwall counties to enjoy specially curated prix fixe meals while supporting two of North Texas’ most impactful nonprofits. Participating restaurants donate about 20% of each meal’s cost directly to NTFB or Lena Pope.
This year’s dining options include:
- Dinner – Three courses for $49 ($10 donated) or $59 ($12 donated)
- Signature Experience Dinner – $99 ($20 donated) for an exclusive VIP experience
- Lunch – Two courses for $29 ($6 donated)
- Weekend Brunch – Two courses for $29 ($6 donated)
“DFW Restaurant Week is a delicious way for our community to take action against hunger,” said Trisha Cunningham, President and CEO of the North Texas Food Bank. “It’s a rare opportunity to enjoy a memorable meal while helping fill the plates of neighbors who might otherwise go without. For every dollar donated through participating restaurants, we can provide three nourishing meals; that’s the kind of impact that lingers long after dessert.”
Special Promotions to Elevate the Experience

This year’s festivities are packed with new offerings and giveaways to add even more flavor to the dining experience:
