Maine lobster meets live jazz this summer at Eddie V’s in Plano. Running through July 25, the Golden Nights Summer event blends indulgence and ambiance with a limited-time pairing: a lobster roll, a glass of wine and a side of sultry live music.
The offer includes your choice of a warm or chilled lobster roll on a toasted brioche bun with fries, paired with a glass of Brewer-Clifton Chardonnay, Brewer-Clifton Pinot Noir or Whispering Angel Rosé. Priced at $38, guests can also upgrade to Veuve Clicquot Brut or Rosé for an extra $10.
Lobster, Your Way
Served warm with a drizzle of lobster beurre blanc or chilled for a classic bite, the lobster roll delivers summer comfort in two distinct styles. It’s also timed perfectly: Golden Nights also coincides with National Rosé Day on June 14 and National Lobster Day on June 15, making it the perfect excuse to toast to the season.
Upscale Meets Coastal
Located at 5300 State Highway 121, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood pairs luxury with a coastal feel. Expect marine-inspired touches, a signature wine wall and the V Lounge, where live music sets the tone nightly.
