CityLine is welcoming three new concepts to its State Street lineup this fall: Manny’s Mexican Kitchen, Show Mini Hot Pot and an expanded flagship of IMAGE Studios.
Marissa Gonzalez, marketing director at CityLine, said the additions reflect the destination’s focus on building a diverse mix of restaurants and lifestyle spaces. “Manny’s Mexican Kitchen, Show Mini Hot Pot and IMAGE Studios each add a distinct energy to CityLine,” she said in a release. “These openings reflect CityLine’s continued commitment to offering diverse dining and lifestyle experiences that meet the needs of our growing community, foster connections and make CityLine a true destination in North Texas.”

Manny’s Mexican Kitchen
Manny’s Mexican Kitchen will open its fifth location at 1250 State Street, offering breakfast, brunch, happy hours and dinner. The menu features traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes alongside vegan-friendly options.
“Our colorful space is the perfect backdrop for enjoying handcrafted cocktails and traditional homemade Mexican and Tex-Mex meals,” said Jorge Rodriguez, general manager at Manny’s in an official statement. He added that CityLine’s welcoming atmosphere made it a natural fit for the restaurant’s expansion.
Show Mini Hot Pot
Also joining State Street is Show Mini Hot Pot, a concept rooted in the Chinese street food tradition of Mala Tang. The brand, which debuted in New York City, is known for its spicy golden bone broth, Mala Dry Pot, fried skewers and other sauce-driven specialties. This opening will bring the brand’s bold flavors to Texas for the first time.

IMAGE Studios Expansion
On the lifestyle side, IMAGE Studios is growing its Richardson flagship. The salon suite brand, which opened at CityLine in 2021, is adding 38 high-end studios for hair, skin, nails, massage and wellness professionals.
“IMAGE Studios Richardson was designed specifically for beauty and wellness professionals, making it possible for them to own their own space and be their own boss,” said Lonnie McGowen, owner of the Richardson location. “Our concept is simple: We provide an incredible space and atmosphere, you bring your passion, talent and clientele, together creating something extraordinary.”
Fall Programming
CityLine will also host its fall concert series, CityLine LIVE, every Friday and Saturday from Sept. 5 through Oct. 24. The season continues with the CityLine Night Market, featuring local vendors and activities for all ages.
