Cosm, the immersive entertainment venue in The Colony, is partnering with the PGA TOUR to bring the 2025 THE PLAYERS Championship to fans in North Texas. Cosm’s massive 87-foot-diameter 12K-plus LED dome will bridge the virtual and physical worlds, offering an immersive experience unlike any other.
The championship, scheduled for March 11-16, 2025, will be held at the state-of-the-art venue at Grandscape. Is this the most immersive PGA TOUR viewing experience ever? Maybe!
What To Expect
Fans will be transported to the iconic 16th, 17th and 18th holes of the PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where they will feel the excitement of the game’s most famous three-hole stretch.
“The final three holes at THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass present one of the most well-known settings in sports, delivering unprecedented drama for our fans onsite and watching around the world, and today’s announcement adds to our continued efforts to elevate that experience in dramatic new ways,” PGA Tour Senior Vice President of Media Chris Wandell said.
The broadcast will feature exclusive, never-before-seen camera angles, enhancing the viewing experience as the world’s top golfers compete on the renowned Island Green.
PGA Tour x Cosm Brings Exclusive Offerings
To elevate Cosm’s immersive experience of THE PLAYERS Championship, additional elements of the tournament will be integrated. This includes exclusive food and beverage offerings, along with PGA Tour Superstore selling official tournament merchandise on-site. Cosm will also offer mobile gaming stations where fans can enjoy PGA Tour 2K25, the latest installment of the popular video game franchise.
