According to a new filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the five-member YouTube group Dude Perfect is building its very own office space. Currently, the Dudes are operating at 6644 All Stars Ave. in Frisco, as they wait for plans for their dream headquarters to come through.

The project will be located at 15900 Gateway Drive in Frisco, near the intersection of University Drive and the Dallas North Tollway. Designed by Richardson-based architect firm Alliance Architects, when completed the new office will be 20,000 square feet and cost $3 million according to the filing.

As reported by WFAA, the new space will be developed in an existing industrial building at Star Business Park, owned by Jerry Jones’ Blue Star Land Company.

In September 2022, Dude Perfect announced they were looking at municipalities across the U.S. as possible locations for its ten-acre sports and entertainment destination. The facility would double as a fan destination and as headquarters for the group. The ambitious project would include a 330-foot "impossible shot" tower and fully activated and themed attractions for fans to try their hand at famous Dude Perfect stunts and games.

The "impossible shot" tower is a reference to the stunt that the group did in 2009 while students at Texas A&M.

“Our biggest dream yet is to bring families together in a fun-filled, memory-making destination unlike any other,” said The Dudes at the time. “A place not just to come and see, but a place to come and do.”

San Antonio-based architecture firm Overland Partners was charged with making the YouTubers' dream come true, although there are no news as to where the project will be located and when construction will begin.

Dude Perfect’s ingenious stunts and high-energy sketches earned them a massive audience of 60 million subscribers on YouTube.
