DFW Restaurant Week is back for its 29th year, and the table is officially set. More than 140 restaurants across North Texas will offer prix fixe menus this August as part of a regional campaign to support the North Texas Food Bank and Lena Pope.
Reservations opened July 10 at DFWRestaurantWeek.com, with diners encouraged to book early and give back with every bite.
The 2025 event officially runs from Aug. 4 to 10, with many restaurants extending through Aug. 31. A preview weekend kicks off the celebration from July 31 to Aug. 3, gives early diners a head start.
How It Works
Participating restaurants will offer curated two- or three-course meals at set prices, with a portion donated directly to charity. Options include:
- Lunch or weekend brunch: $29 for two courses ($6 donated)
- Dinner: $49 or $59 for three courses ($10 or $12 donated)
- Signature experience dinners: $99 multi-course meals ($20 donated)
Restaurants are located across Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton and Rockwall counties. Menus and booking links are available at DFWRestaurantWeek.com, where diners can filter by cuisine, location or price point.
Standout names participating this year include Al Biernat’s, Nick & Sam’s Steakhouse, Fearing’s, Carbone Vino, Apothecary, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, Catch Dallas and Andreas Prime Steaks & Seafood in Plano. From long-time local favorites to upscale newcomers, the lineup offers something for nearly every taste and neighborhood.
Dining with Purpose
DFW Restaurant Week has raised over $12 million for its nonprofit partners. Last year’s campaign generated more than $740,000 in donations.
“DFW Restaurant Week is a delicious way for our community to take action against hunger,” said Trisha Cunningham, president and CEO of the North Texas Food Bank, in an official statement. “For every dollar donated through participating restaurants, we can provide three nourishing meals.”
Ashley Barnes, Ph.D., CEO of Lena Pope, added that funds raised during the event help support critical counseling and education programs. “You’re not just treating yourself to an incredible meal, you’re helping ensure families in Tarrant County have access to critical services,” she said.
Added Events and Perks
Beyond dining, this year’s campaign includes a range of special promotions and themed experiences:
- Reservation Day Happy Hour: July 10 at Culinary Dropout, 3–7 p.m.
- Eataly After Hours: Aug. 8, featuring late-night food, drinks, music and karaoke
- Tanqueray’s Fancy Hours: Martinis and fries at select restaurants
- Sweepstakes: Dinner giveaways courtesy of Stella Artois and Mercedes-Benz Plano
- FedEx Fourth Course Promo: Spend $10 at a FedEx Office and receive a free bonus course
- Market Street Cookbook: Every recipe book purchase donates $10 to charity
This year’s restaurant list is expected to continue growing in the weeks leading up to the event. Organizers recommend checking the site frequently and booking early to secure a spot at popular locations.
About DFW Restaurant Week
DFW Restaurant Week originated as a means to showcase the region’s culinary talent while supporting local nonprofits. Today, it’s the second-longest-running restaurant week in the country.
Participating restaurants donate directly from each meal sold, allowing guests to support hunger relief and family support services simply by dining out. For North Texas’ chefs and restaurateurs, the event also provides a boost during what is often a slower season.
