Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop officially reopened its doors in Frisco, bringing back its award-winning, hand-crafted subs and cheesesteaks to the local dining scene.
Located at 1612 FM 423, Suite 100 in the Main Marketplace, the shop revives a 49-year-old tradition of slow-roasting whole, all-natural turkeys in-house and serving one-of-a-kind sandwiches made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Capriotti’s, founded in 1976, is an award-winning fast-casual brand with a legacy of crafting extraordinary sandwiches made from the highest quality ingredients — a tradition that Frisco residents can now enjoy once again.
Meet The Owner
The Frisco location is led by Frank Frazier, a seasoned franchise owner also behind Capriotti’s in Flower Mound and the recently reopened McKinney store. Frazier’s focus on community engagement and quality has already built a loyal following in North Texas.
“Reopening Capriotti's in Frisco feels like bringing a fan-favorite band back on tour,” said Frazier in an official statement. “We’ve refreshed the space, reenergized the team and can’t wait to serve the community with the same award-winning flavors that made Capriotti’s a local staple.”
Signature Sandwiches to Know

Capriotti’s boasts a standout lineup of sandwiches, including:
- The Bobbie: Dubbed the “Greatest Sandwich in America,” this signature sub features slow-roasted, hand-pulled turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo.
- Capastrami: A bold combination of hot pastrami, melted Swiss, zesty Russian dressing and crunchy house-made coleslaw.
- Cheesesteaks: Loaded with premium steak, prime-grade American Wagyu from Snake River Farms, savory chicken or plant-based Impossible meat, all topped with melted cheese, mushrooms, onions and grilled peppers.
Frisco diners can enjoy easy online ordering, order-ahead options and third-party delivery. Capriotti’s also offers catering services for events ranging from office lunches to birthday parties, including sub trays, box lunches and a hot homemade meatball bar.
