Fearing’s Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas is rolling out the red carpet for wine lovers this July with a one-night-only dining experience designed to transport guests across Europe — no passport required.

On July 24 at 7 p.m., the restaurant will host The Flavor Express – A European Wine Train Journey, the latest in its ongoing Wine Tour of the World series featuring sommelier Miguel Sayago. The evening promises a guided exploration of five iconic wine regions: France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Hungary

A Story-Driven Experience

Each “stop” along the journey features a carefully curated wine, thoughtfully paired with a dish that reflects the distinctive flavors and culinary traditions of its respective country. The menu itself is styled as a boarding pass, adding a whimsical touch to the evening, while the dining room transforms into a lively train car atmosphere.

Throughout the night, Sayago will guide guests with rich storytelling and tasting notes, narrating each pour as a new destination on this immersive journey through Europe’s most celebrated wine regions.
