A short venture outside of my natural habitat, Neighborhood Services is a wholly unexpected find in Addison’s bustling corner of the Tollway and Beltline.

Adding lamb to the burger and spreading the English muffins with remoulade gives them a much more complex flavor profile. If desired, you can also top each burger with slices of tomato and thinly sliced English cucumber for a bit of crunch.

As a Plano-native, growing up in the 90’s and early 2000’s the restaurant scene wasn’t exactly what it is today.
